Track your heart rate with Bluetooth®-enabled HR devices and listen to your favourite tunes with built-in speakers. Download the JRNY app to your tablet or smartphone, where the personalised coaching experience will assess your current fitness level, create daily adaptive workouts that automatically adjust as you improve over time, give access to a full library of trainer-led videos, allow you to explore over 50 real-world routes from home, and provides dynamic virtual voice coaching and feedback that guides you through your workouts (2-month JRNY membership included). Complete with Terrain Control Technology, the 590R’s resistance will automatically adjust during elevation changes within select Explore the World workouts.
